Consultation sessions provide the opportunity to empower you to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and manage your diet-related symptoms

 Counselling sessions incorporate diet advice, education on fad diets, guidelines for eating away from home (at the work place, at restaurants, take-away options, convenience foods) and dietary advice specific to traditional foods and customs.
 
Supplements are recommended when the diet alone can not provide adequate nutrition to meet an individual’s requirements or for therapeutic benefits or as prevention of diseases that an individual may be at high risk.

 

I have customised meal plans catering for halaal, kosher. vegetarian, food allergies and food intolerances.
